“Special Offering This Sunday
An additional offering will be taken this Sunday to help in the relief efforts of those who have been affected by the devastating earthquake.
The numbers are severe:
* A 7.8 magnitude earthquake shook Nepal to its core on April 25.
* More than 5,000 people have died, and it’s feared that number will reach 10,000.
* More than 1 million children have been severely affected by the disaster.
* At least 1.4 million people are in serious need of food assistance. 
     There is limited access to medical care for thousands of inured people, and thens of thousands have been displaced from their homes, and many are forced to sleep out in the open.   Soon the temperatures will drop and clean water will run out.  The situation is dire and will only become more critical s the monsoon season begins in June.
     In Nepal, there are 365 Nazarene churches and church plants consisting of 8,447 members.
